The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has just arrived at the headquarters of the "Civil Contract" party, where he is set to meet with members of the council demanding the resignation of Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan.
He was greeted by the Minister of Defense, Suren Papikyan.
It is important to note that the "My Step" faction of the Yerevan Council has initiated the process to express no confidence in Mayor Hayk Marutyan. According to preliminary data, there are already 40 signatures collected, surpassing the necessary 33.
