The Prosecutor's Office of Artsakh has issued a statement: 'Since November 30 of this year, a video featuring Facebook user Roman Baghdasaryan has been circulating on social networks, claiming that the Artsakh Defense Army, including officers and generals, committed murders and issued orders to carry out killings during the war, claiming that 200 people were killed in Mataghis. Given that the mentioned video presents information about a crime according to R. Baghdasaryan, it has been forwarded to the National Security Service of Artsakh for further examination.'
