Turkey Speaks on the 'Zangezur Corridor'
Turkey welcomes the opening of new transportation and logistics routes in the Asian region, which is not only an important center of global production but also a market of global significance. This was stated by Turkey's Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu at the meeting of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) foreign ministers in Ashgabat, according to Anadolu.
Çavuşoğlu said that Turkey is 'satisfied with the decision to restore and open land and railway routes in the South Caucasus, including the Zangezur Corridor.'
'We can only strengthen our positions in the world through cooperation and the development of regional trade,' he added.
