Armenia, Georgia, and Azerbaijan Discuss Regional Situation
The Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Georgia, David Zalkaliani, has met in Brussels with the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan. According to Armenpress, this was reported by the press service of the Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"During the Eastern Partnership foreign ministers' meeting, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister David Zalkaliani held talks with his Azerbaijani and Armenian counterparts, Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan. The regional situation was discussed. The Deputy Prime Minister reiterated the importance of strengthening stability in the region and de-escalating the tense situation between neighboring countries. Zalkaliani reaffirmed the Georgian side's readiness to continue to make every effort for sustainable peace and stability in the region," the statement said.
