What is Happening in the Syunik Regional Administration: Robert Hayrapetyan

Legal expert Robert Hayrapetyan wrote on his Facebook page:   "What is really happening in the Syunik regional administration? By chance, Edgar Martirosyan, who occupies the office of the chief secretary of the Syunik regional administration, has unlawfully instructed the head of the education, culture, and sports department, Meri Gandalyan, to submit a resignation letter, threatening to initiate a service investigation against her otherwise.

The young party official has expressed disappointment that Gandalyan, freely exercising her right guaranteed by Article 7 of the Constitution, has chosen to support the 'Armenia' alliance and has refused to participate in any electoral process, working instead for the benefit of the ruling Civil Contract party, which has put Syunik's security under immediate threat.

Gandalyan has naturally refused to write a resignation letter, and the young official has started a service investigation and suspended Gandalyan's authorities for such a ridiculous reason that even the greatest legal expert Vahagn Hovakimyan would laugh. Moreover, he has issued an order with such disgraceful deficiencies that it will take a short time to prove in court the intentionality of the service investigation.

My question now is: You were able to file criminal cases against Syunik's mayors and still hold some of them in custody on the grounds that they forced them to work for this or that political force. When will you submit a motion to arrest the chief secretary of the regional administration? After all, the characteristics of the act are almost identical.
