Shant Khachatryan, competing in the 72 kg category at the U23 World Championships, has won a stunning victory to become a bronze medalist. This was reported by the Wrestling – Armenia Facebook page.

“Our bronze medalist also secured bronze medals this year at the European Championships (67 kg) and World Championships (72 kg),” the announcement noted. “Moreover, our wrestler received support in the gym from members of the Armenian Boxing Federation and the national team.”
