Aghvan Hovhannisyan to Join the Ministry of Defense and Security Affairs of the National Assembly

Dear compatriots, I am pleased to inform you that the highly respected Aghvan Hovhannisyan will be joining the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia as an expert in the Permanent Commission on Defense and Security Affairs. This was announced by Mikhail Mikayelyan, the assistant to the National Assembly member Andranik Kocharyan, on his Facebook page.
