Weather to Chill: What to Expect in the Coming Days
On October 3 and 7, isolated regions of the Republic will experience rain and thunderstorms, while significant parts of the regions can expect similar weather from October 4 to 6.
The wind will blow from the southeast at 5-10 m/s, with gusts expected to reach 15-20 m/s in certain areas. The temperature is forecasted to rise by 1-2 degrees during the day on October 3, with a gradual decrease of 4-6 degrees expected from October 4 to 6.
According to ‘Hayposthydromet’, dry weather is expected in Yerevan on October 3 and 7, while rain and thunderstorms are anticipated from October 4 to 6. The upcoming night in the capital will see temperatures between +9 and +11 degrees, while the following day’s temperatures will range from +20 to +23 degrees.
In the regions, temperatures are expected to be: in Shirak, +2 to +6 degrees at night and +10 to +15 during the day; in the mountains of Kotayk, +3 to +5 degrees at night and +12 to +15 during the day; in the foothills of Kotayk, +9 to +11 degrees at night and +19 to +22 during the day; around Lake Sevan, +2 to +6 degrees at night and +12 to +17 during the day; in Lori, +3 to +7 degrees at night and +9 to +13 during the day; in Tavush, +6 to +10 degrees at night and +10 to +14 during the day; in the mountains of Aragatsotn, +2 to +5 degrees at night and +9 to +14 during the day; in the foothills of Aragatsotn, +8 to +10 degrees at night and +19 to +22 during the day; in Ararat, +8 to +11 degrees at night and +20 to +24 during the day; in Armavir, +8 to +11 degrees at night and +20 to +24 during the day; in the mountains of Vayots Dzor, +2 to +5 degrees at night and +10 to +15 during the day; in the foothills of Vayots Dzor, +8 to +11 degrees at night and +20 to +24 during the day; in the valleys of Syunik, +11 to +14 degrees at night and +15 to +20 during the day; in the foothills of Syunik, +5 to +8 degrees at night and +11 to +15 during the day; in Artsakh, +7 to +11 degrees at night and +12 to +17 during the day.
