Israel Appoints Descendant of Genocide Survivors as Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Says U.S. Armenian Advocacy Group
The U.S. Armenian Advocacy Group has issued a statement highlighting a significant concern: "One of the most disgraceful diplomatic appointments in the history of diplomacy. Israel, as a state that has survived genocide, is sending George Dick, a representative of the descendants of ethnic Armenians who survived the Armenian Genocide, as its ambassador to Azerbaijan. A country that is openly working to complete this crime," the group's statement reads.
