Iran Won't Allow Border Violations, Says Commander Kiomars Heydari

Iran has commenced military exercises along its border with Azerbaijan, involving artillery, armored vehicles, drones, and military helicopters. The commander of Iran's ground forces, Kiomars Heydari, stated, “It is unacceptable for Iran for the state borders of regional countries to change. All legitimate borders must be preserved. The potential weakness of a country in defending its borders does not mean that another country should cross that border. Iran will not allow this.”
