I Understand the Borders of Armenia, But What Are the Borders of Artsakh? Tevan Poghosyan

The advisor to the President, Tevan Poghosyan, wrote on his Facebook page: “If it’s not too difficult, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia should clarify… ‘We assess the conducting of Turkish-Azerbaijani military exercises near the borders of Armenia and Artsakh, as well as the Lachin corridor.’ I understand the borders of Armenia, but what are the borders of Artsakh? A map, a place name, a recognition document… Apart from the Constitution of Artsakh, I am not aware of any other document. According to it, the exercises are taking place in the territories occupied by Azerbaijan in the Berdzor region of the Republic of Artsakh. I hope you will enlighten us so that people can understand what this statement means; otherwise, what is the purpose of this statement? Are you sending positive signals to Azerbaijan?”
