Marukyan Responds to Aliyev's Statement

Edmon Marukyan, the leader of the Bright Armenia party, stated:  “Yesterday, the President of Azerbaijan declared that Armenia cannot be considered a fully independent state because it is unable to ensure its own security. I advise Ilham Aliyev to refrain from making irresponsible statements, as it is a well-known fact how official Baku gleefully conducts the policy that is developed and imposed by Ankara. Aliyev must understand that he is the last leader who can afford to discuss the level of sovereignty of other countries.”
