Babayan: Today Aghazaryan Said Something That Pashinyan Must Clarify Tomorrow
Arsen Babayan, a member of the "We Have Honor" alliance, wrote on his Facebook page: "Hoyvik Aghazaryan announced today that 'Pashinyan did not sign because he did not agree with certain points. Those points were removed, and then he signed. That was the real reason.' This refers to the capitulation agreement.
This should undoubtedly be viewed as an official statement from the ruling Civil Contract party and the current administration. It becomes clear that more severe conditions were imposed by the enemy prior to signing. Observing the capitulator's fears of Aliyev and analyzing the developments of the last eight months, it becomes evident that those conditions were not rejected but rather postponed.
Therefore, I find it necessary for Nikol Pashinyan to inform us all tomorrow: 1) what conditions were in the proposed document that were removed before his signature, 2) how long has he requested the postponement of those points, 3) has he not signed an additional document at this moment confirming the points that have been postponed from the November 9 document, and 4) are those points that were removed from the November 9 document the price for establishing peace with neighbors (including Azerbaijan and Turkey) presented in the government program?
If such points indeed existed and were removed from the November 9 document—not postponed—then Pashinyan will announce those points tomorrow. Otherwise, it will be evident that the four questions I listed have unfavorable answers for Armenia. If there were no removed points, then Pashinyan should provide a political assessment of Aghazaryan's statement."
