The Presidency of the CSTO Will Transition to Armenia: Ruben Rubinyan
As of September 16, the presidency of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will transition to Armenia. This was announced by Ruben Rubinyan, a member of the ruling Civil Contract party.
It is noteworthy that the highest body of the CSTO is the Collective Security Council, which consists of the leaders of the member states. The chair of the Council is the leader of the state that holds the presidency in the organization.
