Parliamentarians of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia to Attempt Resolving Issues, Says PACE President
The parliamentary delegations of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Georgia will attempt to address the issues at hand, with Georgia playing a primary role. According to Armenpress, citing 1tv.ge, this was announced by Rik Daems, the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, who is on an official visit to Georgia.
“The first example, which is important for all of you, is Georgia's regional position with Azerbaijan and Armenia. We all agree that we will take the initiative when the delegation is supplemented by parliamentary delegations in order to unite in the context of parliamentary diplomacy. The parliamentary delegations of Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Georgia will attempt to resolve the issues where Georgia will play a primary role,” Rik Daems stated.
