Governor Suggests 'Disgraced Mayors' Should Resign
Community leaders who suffered disgraceful defeats in the recent snap parliamentary elections should resign voluntarily. This was stated by Gegharkunik Governor Gnel Sanosyan during a meeting with journalists on July 7, according to News.am.
At the same time, he mentioned that he does not wish to delve deeply into commentary on this issue.
“People who thought that the elections would completely change the world acted incomprehensibly towards their own community and its residents. And I believe that those who have faced such serious failures in their communities should simply step down voluntarily,” said Sanosyan.
