A Unique Thank You: Government Institutions’ ‘Activists’
According to information from the "Fact" newspaper, following the elections, a number of employees in state agencies have been receiving bonuses and other allowances, which are inexplicable to others, in the form of lists. Our sources indicate that interestingly, those employees who were actively involved in the pre-election headquarters of the ruling party are being rewarded.
It is reported within government institutions that, in essence, the ruling power is thanking its activists, who are also employees of these institutions, or simply rewarding them at the expense of the state. This situation has caused discontent among other employees in the state system.
State agency employees are complaining about what kind of commendable work these individuals are being rewarded for. They claim that these individuals have not specifically done anything within the scope of their duties, yet they are provided no explanation for this disparity. In instances where questions arise and persist, the response is brief and firm: 'It’s not your concern; it has been decided this way, so it must be followed.'
According to the information we have received, this process is widespread, encompassing the entire state system. It turns out that those who, for instance, refused to participate in Prime Minister Pashinyan's rally are systematically dismissed, while those who have carried out work in favor of the authorities are rewarded at the expense of the state,” the newspaper writes.
