We must be prepared for new snap elections at any moment. This was stated by Vahe Hakobyan, the president of the Reborn Armenia party, during a general meeting of the Armenia alliance.

According to him, expectations from the snap elections were different, but the results obtained were not, which have objective and subjective reasons.

“The ruling party has used the entire toolkit of election fraud, from the unprecedented use of administrative resources to directed voting by soldiers, from mobile groups to voting on behalf of others,” Hakobyan stated.

He admitted that they also had shortcomings: “Many of us believed too early that victory was already in our pocket, which could not fail to affect our effectiveness.”

Hakobyan emphasized that instead of looking for culprits, they should analyze their mistakes to eliminate them in the future, highlighting that they have no right to discourage any citizen of the Republic of Armenia.

According to him, the current authorities of the Republic of Armenia are incapable of governing the state. “A similar situation prevails throughout the Republic, as the current authorities are simply incapable of managing the state. The issue of security has been neglected. More than a thousand Azerbaijani servicemen have been present on the territory of Armenia for months,” noted Vahe Hakobyan, adding that the crisis will deepen and we must be prepared for new snap elections at any time.
