The Minister Explained Why Lists of Inpatients Are Being Compiled
All medical institutions, regardless of their ownership form, are required to submit lists of individuals receiving inpatient treatment, so that these individuals have the opportunity to make their choices. This statement was made by Acting Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan during a conversation with reporters after a government meeting.
Regarding the reports that employees of medical institutions are being forced to participate in Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's rally today, the acting minister asked to address all alerts to law enforcement, adding that there are no such alerts. Avanesyan excluded the possibility that doctors are being forced, but did not rule out that they may voluntarily attend today's rally.
