Three Lies About 'Bright Armenia' Shared in Personal Conversations, Says Ani Samsonyan
We are receiving information that certain political forces are specifically circulating and conveying three lies about 'Bright Armenia' in personal conversations with people.
This was stated today by Ani Samsonyan, a member of the 'Bright Armenia' parliamentary faction, during a campaign event.
"The first lie is that they say, 'Do not vote for 'Bright Armenia' because it will not overcome the electoral threshold.' The second lie is that they claim 'Do not vote for 'Bright Armenia' because it will support the re-election of the current government.' And the third lie is that in circles opposed to Robert Kocharian, they say that 'Bright Armenia' will contribute to the return of the former authorities. This indicates that the agenda of 'Bright Armenia' for solidarity is becoming accessible to everyone. There is a positive attitude towards our force, and it seems to create a threat for other forces that are insulting one another. Otherwise, they wouldn't go neighborhood by neighborhood trying to blacken 'Bright Armenia,'" said Samsonyan.
She also reported that some individuals are damaging 'Bright Armenia' posters hanging at high places, stating, "This is a signal that specific actions are being taken against us."
