Tavush Regional Governor Distributes Funds, Reports 'JoghOVOUD'

'JoghOVOUD' newspaper reports that on June 4, Tavush Regional Governor Hayk Ghalumyan decided to distribute 41.1 million drams from funds provided by governmental decision No. 786-N of May 13, 2021, to local communities according to the annex of the decision.

The governor has placed the oversight of this decision's implementation under the jurisdiction of the regional administration's financial and socioeconomic development, urban planning, and local self-governance departments. The annex of the decision has not been published on the Tavush Regional Administration's website.

Additionally, decision No. 786-N is absent from the official government decisions published on the government’s official site, raising concerns over the purpose of allocating state budget funds to communities ahead of the parliamentary snap elections.
