Azerbaijanis continue to remain in their positions, and due to gunfire, 81 livestock have fled to their side and have not yet been returned. This was stated by the head of Kuti village, Sima Chitchyan, in an interview with 24News.
“When the Azerbaijanis opened fire towards the shepherd and the livestock, some of the animals fled to our side while others fled towards their side, and they took our livestock with them. We have appealed to the Red Cross, the Police, and the National Security Service. Representatives have visited, but we have not yet received a response,” he clarified.
