At the meeting, Bayramov emphasized the importance of Azerbaijan’s cooperation with the OSCE. He stated that the tripartite declaration of November 10, 2020, has "put an end to the 30-year conflict and created an opportunity for the resolution of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, respecting each other's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the inviolability of internationally recognized borders."
