Rustam Muradov's Assignment Postponed

Kotsnews reports: “According to my information, General Muradov will remain in Nagorno-Karabakh as the commander of the Russian peacekeepers for another two months. In recent days, both Azerbaijan and Armenia have appealed to the Russian leadership to not change the peacekeeping commander, despite the fact that the replacement process has already begun. Even the Deputy Commander of the Southern Military District, Lieutenant General Alexey Avdeev, has arrived to oversee the replacement. Rustam Muradov's assignment has been postponed.”
