Lithuania's Foreign Minister Responds to Events in Syunik
Ararat Mirzoyan, the head of the National Assembly delegation currently on an official visit to the Republic of Lithuania, met with Lithuania's Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis. The National Assembly reports that the parties continued their dialogue initiated last month in Yerevan regarding bilateral relations, the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, reforms underway in Armenia, and the upcoming snap parliamentary elections.
Ararat Mirzoyan informed the Foreign Minister about the border aggression conducted by Azerbaijan the previous day, to which Landsbergis expressed grave concern regarding the created situation and assured that the European Union would take effective steps in this regard.
