Judge Artak Tadevosyan Resigns from Yerevan's First Instance Court
The Supreme Judicial Council made a decision on May 3, declaring that the powers of Judge Artak Tadevosyan of Yerevan's First Instance Court are deemed terminated. The judge submitted his resignation on April 30, as reported by the Council's website.
Tadevosyan was appointed as a judge of the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Shirak Province on April 16, 2015, and on July 4, 2018, he was assigned to the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Yerevan.
