Sanitek Files Complaint Against Armenia in International Arbitration Court
Sanitek, the company previously engaged in waste collection in Yerevan, has filed a complaint against Armenia in the international arbitration court. The information was confirmed to Tert.am by Sanitek's spokesperson, Khnarik Arakelyan, who did not provide further details but mentioned that a press release would follow shortly.
It is worth noting that issues arose between the Yerevan municipality and Sanitek in 2018, and in 2019, the Yerevan municipality unilaterally terminated the contract with the company.
