There Are No 'Veterans' or 'Current' in the Army: Senator Hasratyan
The last bastion of our shattered and desperate Homeland is its army, even if this time it is defeated. This was stated by former Spokesperson of the Defense Army, Senor Hasratyan, on his Facebook page.
"The last bastion of our shattered and desperate Homeland is its army, even if this time it is defeated... The army born from the people must again become what it was created to be and inspired by the people, no matter how difficult it is... In the army, there are no 'veterans' and 'current' members... The past and present of the army is its combat path, often with peaks and, in some cases, also with declines... The enemy can insult the army and its commander, but never those who owe their safety to that very army and the weight of its path carried by the soldier... People can be different, including military personnel... They can have both strengths and weaknesses, which is natural and human... Before expressing an opinion about the military person, everyone must confront their own conscience and answer simply two questions: First, what have I done for the Homeland that he has not done, and second, what has he done for the Homeland that I have not done...
P.S. The army must be trusted, and the military person must be respected, which unfortunately remains incomplete and unfulfilled in our country today... It is unfulfilled because the one who first needs to respect the military person representing the army and serve as an example in his attitude for an ordinary citizen is not only disconnected from the military life in his own biography but also naively thinks that the military person is at his service and can be treated however one wishes..."
