The firm reports that through a thorough examination of the legal issues, they have confirmed that the senior officer of the Armenian army was dismissed from his position with numerous and gross violations of the Constitution and laws.
The Administrative Court has accepted the lawsuit for processing and has scheduled a preliminary court hearing for April 29 at 11:00 AM.
