NA member Naira Zohrabyan made a statement on her Facebook page: “The main topic of discussions in the State Duma and the Federation Council of Russia this week is Artsakh, the humanitarian crisis that has arisen in post-war Artsakh, and the issue of returning prisoners of war without any preconditions, as well as the problem of missing persons.

Naturally, I also presented the domestic political situation in Armenia and the possible ways to resolve this crisis.”
