“Forgive me, dad, mom, sisters, brothers.” Knowing he wouldn’t survive, Manvel wrote a farewell letter to his loved ones
“Death is a manifestation of immortality” is said about Gevorg Manvel. Born in the village of Lernagoy, Armavir Province, and serving in Martuni 3, this young man was braver and bolder than many “patriots” combined. Realizing that he had no chance of survival, he wrote a farewell letter on a piece of paper to his loved ones: “Forgive me, dad, mom, sisters, brothers, my dear relatives, the battle was fierce, I couldn’t withstand, take care of yourselves.”
Manvel Rudik Gevorgyan’s name has not yet appeared on the list of the fallen. Manvel was only 19 years old.
