There Has Never Been and Will Never Be Immigration, Both Before and After the War: Senor Hasratyan
The former head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the Ministry of Defense of Artsakh, Senor Hasratyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "After the power seizure in April 2018, Zareh Sinanyan, who returned to the Homeland from distant America and took up the role of commissioner for diaspora affairs, stated in a conversation with media today about immigration: 'There are always expectations (related to immigration), but it is evident that people are currently experiencing a psychological downturn due to the negative outcomes of the war, therefore, a migration outflow is expected in a short period...'
I would like to ask this 'apostle' worried about the Homeland's issues—can you tell us how many repatriates we have from our compatriots living abroad who experienced a psychological uplift after the 'velvet revolution', especially since the country was at peace for two and a half years before the war?
Of course, you cannot say... You cannot say because, just like before the war, there has never been and will never be immigration after it... And you and your associates will continue to justify the destructive maneuvers of this impotent government with the 'negative' consequences left by the war...
