Rescuers Free 117 Vehicles from Blockage

Due to weather conditions and other factors, between January 19 and 20, 18 incidents of vehicle blockage were recorded in Yerevan and the regions of Aragatsotn, Lori, Kotayk, Shirak, and Vayots Dzor. A total of 117 vehicles were blocked on the roads.

The rescuers successfully freed the vehicles from the blockage and transferred 53 citizens to safety.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia urges travelers to remain vigilant and strictly adhere to safety regulations on the roads.
