Armenian Inhabited Territories Reduced Threefold Over 140 Years: Hayk Demoyan
Doctor of Historical Sciences Hayk Demoyan presented the ethnographic map of Elizavetpol Governorate of the Russian Empire, prepared by E. Kondratenko in 1886 on his Facebook page.
“Over the course of 140 years, the Armenian inhabited territories have been reduced threefold. Kurds and Tatars became Azerbaijanis in the 1930s,” he noted.
