Medical Drills Conducted with Peacekeeping Forces in Nagorno-Karabakh: Russian Defense Ministry
In Nagorno-Karabakh, the medical unit has conducted training exercises with the peacekeeping forces, reported the Russian Defense Ministry. It was noted that around 30 paramedics developed various assignments for the peacekeepers, including halting bleeding, bandaging, and providing assistance for emergency resuscitation, among others.
During the drills, soldiers were shown operations to evacuate the injured using available resources and from difficult-to-access areas.
The peacekeeping battalion regularly conducts combat readiness training exercises aimed at continuously enhancing the professional skills of the soldiers, perfecting the acquired skills, and ensuring compliance with established requirements for the unit's combat readiness, according to the Russian Defense Ministry's statement.
