540 Residents of Artsakh Returned to Nagorno-Karabakh in One Day
The members of the Russian peacekeeping mission continue to ensure the safe return of Artsakh residents from Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by the official website of the Russian Defense Ministry, which noted that in the last day, 540 residents of Artsakh have returned.
“Today, 540 refugees were returned from Yerevan to Stepanakert by bus. The movement of the buses was accompanied by the Russian peacekeeping mission’s contingent and military police. In total, about 44,600 refugees have returned to Nagorno-Karabakh,” the statement said.
The Russian peacekeeping mission continues to monitor the ceasefire from 23 observation points on a 24/7 basis.
