Currently, We Have 8 Soldiers with Severe Burns from the White Phosphorus Used by Azerbaijan

Today, I visited the National Center of Burns. Currently, we still have 8 soldiers with severe burns caused by white phosphorus used by Azerbaijani armed forces. Our other soldiers who suffered burns from white phosphorus have already been discharged, but they still require a long period of rehabilitation treatment.

White phosphorus is a weapon of mass chemical destruction, which Azerbaijan employed in this war. According to all international conventions, the use of white phosphorus, classified as a chemical weapon of mass destruction, is considered a war crime.

I have sent cases and all evidence of the use of white phosphorus in this Nagorno-Karabakh war to international organizations. Azerbaijan must be recognized as a war criminal.
