Emergency Situation on Etchmiadzin-Ararat Road

Today, December 23, several traffic accidents occurred in the Armavir region due to black ice on the road. From 08:00 to 10:00, multiple vehicles collided in various sections of the Yerevan-Ararat highway. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, fortunately, there were no reported injuries resulting from the accidents. Drivers gathered at the scene reported that the cause of the accident was the fallen snow, and the relevant authorities had taken no measures to clear the snow from the road.
