Residential Building Collapses in Askeran

The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Artsakh reports that at dawn, at 07:32 AM, the 911 emergency call center of the Askeran regional department received information about the collapse of a residential building in the community of Ivanyan.

Immediately, an operational group of the rapid response special unit was dispatched to the scene. It was revealed that a residential building belonging to the Aghavalyan family, previously in a state of emergency, had collapsed from the stairwell.

Rescue teams quickly evacuated the couple living there and provided first aid. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
