Another 19 Bodies of Fallen Soldiers Discovered as Search Operations Continue
During search operations in the village of Karin Tak in the Shushi region, as well as in the mountainous forest areas of the upper Askeran subregion in the communities of Avetaranots and Sznak, and along the southern front in the directions of Jabrail and Ishkhanadzor, another 19 bodies of Armenian servicemen were found yesterday. This was reported to NEWS.am by Hunan Tadevosyan, the head of the information and public relations department of the Artsakh Ministry of Emergency Situations.
“Today, search operations continue in the regions of Hadrut, Fuzuli, Martuni, and Shushi. Relatives of the missing soldiers and volunteers familiar with the combat areas are participating in these efforts,” Tadevosyan added.
According to him, a total of 1,039 fallen soldiers have been discovered to date.
