Colonel Grigor Poghosyan Dismissed from Position at His Request

The head of the Law Enforcement Oversight Department of the Republic of Armenia's Prosecutor General's Office, Colonel Grigor Poghosyan, has been dismissed from his position at his own request. He announced this on his Facebook page.

"Dear friends, yesterday I was dismissed from my position in accordance with my request. In making this decision, I was guided by my internal conviction and the demands of my value system. I also want to inform you that the theories proposed on certain online platforms regarding the reasons for my dismissal are entirely unfounded," he wrote.
