TASS Agency Reports on Robert Kocharian's Visit to Moscow
The Russian TASS agency has addressed the private three-day visit of Armenia's second President Robert Kocharian to Moscow.
Kocharian departed for Russia today. The agency recalls that Kocharian had intended to travel to Russia back in October for consultations regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh issue. However, that trip did not take place as he had tested positive for coronavirus at the time.
TASS also mentions Kocharian's legal case, noting that after the escalation of tensions in Artsakh, the court had allowed him to leave the country for consultations, returning his passport.
