A Decision to Declare Mourning in Armenia Has Been Signed
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision to declare mourning in the Republic of Armenia from December 19 to 21, 2020. According to the decision, "Guided by paragraph 5 of Article 7 of the law on the Structure and Activity of the Government, 1. To declare mourning in the Republic of Armenia from December 19 to 21, 2020, inclusive, in memory of our fallen heroes who died for the defense of the homeland as a result of the military actions unleashed against the Republic of Artsakh starting September 27, 2020. 2. To instruct the heads of the state administration bodies of the Republic of Armenia and to recommend to the community heads to ensure compliance with the requirements of Article 4 of the law on the 'Flag of the Republic of Armenia'," the decision states.
