Meeting between Co-Chairs of OSCE Minsk Group and Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan Canceled
The meeting scheduled between the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group and the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, has been canceled upon arrival in Yerevan. This was confirmed by Artsakh President's spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan in a statement to News.am, also affirming that Araik Harutyunyan is in Yerevan.
“The meeting has been canceled at the initiative of the Armenian side. The reason is the incomplete format, especially considering the fact that the Russian co-chair is not participating in the regional visit,” he said.
The Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Stefan Visconti (France) and Andrew Schofer (USA), arrived in Yerevan after visiting Baku. The Russian co-chair is not taking part in the visit.
