No annex exists. Pashinyan denies reports of an annex to the trilateral statement
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, denied reports suggesting that there is an annex to the trilateral statement regarding the ceasefire in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. Responding to a question from Gurgen Baghdasaryan, a member of the ‘Enlightened Armenia’ faction, Pashinyan stated, ‘There is no such annex. I was informed today that there are rumors about the existence of some annexes,’ noted Pashinyan.
Regarding the suggestion to present details of the trilateral statement and the demarcation processes between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Pashinyan mentioned that public discussions on these issues would not bring any benefit at this time. ‘Any public discussion cannot bring any benefits. I understand the temptation to want to address all the details. There is no obstacle to convening a closed session in the National Assembly, where I am ready to address all these details,’ the Prime Minister emphasized.
