Russian Military Doctors Provide Medical Assistance to the Population of Artsakh
The special medical unit of the Eastern Military District of the Russian Federation is providing medical assistance to the residents of Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh. This information was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
It was noted that within one day, Russian military doctors received around 40 patients. They provided medical consultations, examinations, and qualified medical assistance from therapists, surgeons, and other specialized professionals.
Russian anesthesiologist-resuscitators have supported their colleagues in the resuscitation unit of the city hospital in Stepanakert, working with patients in serious condition.
More than 60 doctors, including military surgeons, anesthesiologist-resuscitators, therapists, and epidemiologists, have arrived in Stepanakert as part of the special medical unit.
On the previous day, the deployment of a second military hospital commenced in Martakert. A military hospital had previously been established in Stepanakert.
