Electricity and Gas Supply in Stepanakert Restored by 95-97%: Russian Defense Ministry

The Russian Defense Ministry has announced that the issues of electricity and gas supply for social facilities and homes in Stepanakert have been resolved. This was reported by gazeta.ru.

"The process of restoring peaceful life continues in the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh, Stepanakert, with the assistance of Russian peacekeepers. As of today, the city’s electricity and gas supply has been restored by 95-97%. The operation of the city’s electrical substations has also resumed," said the ministry.

According to the military, Russian peacekeepers are currently assisting local residents in the restoration of social infrastructure and clearing of roads.
