Minister Raises Drone Into the Air, But It Crashes After Just a Few Meters: "Hraparak"
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "During wartime, there have been numerous curiosities and failures, about which we are likely to learn gradually. Some representatives of the government have attempted to conduct their experiments on the front lines or in the battlefield.
We have learned that Minister of Transport, Communication, and Information Technologies Hakob Arshakyan decided to personally participate in the testing of domestically produced drones, and for this purpose, he formed a large entourage and took them to Goris to ensure that many would witness this historical step.
In Goris, in front of numerous people and cameras, the minister raised the drone into the air; however, just a few meters into the flight, it crashed. The ministry declined to comment on our inquiry yesterday; we simply asked if the minister personally tested the domestically produced drone, and received the response: "We do not comment." Moreover, there are reports that Arshakyan’s departure from the government has already been decided; it's just a matter of days."
