Video: The Army Was Exhausted by COVID and Malnutrition, We Had No Opportunity for Treatment or Rest
The President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has stated that they were forced to sign an agreement as fighting was ongoing near Stepanakert, and if the military actions continued at that pace, they would lose all of Artsakh within days.
“It seems that for a few days we managed to defend against UAVs, but in the last two days, the enemy has inflicted significant damage on our forces. We lost the main control of Shushi on November 5, and completely on the 7th,” said Arayik Harutyunyan during a Facebook live broadcast.
He mentioned that he met overnight with representatives from the Armenian Revolutionary Federation, Vitali Balasanyan, Bako Sahakyan, and other officials. “We have reached an agreement that we must discuss and decide together before making any decisions. I want to ask my dear compatriots to be sober. A civil war is a greater threat to our country, not only to Artsakh but also to Armenia,” emphasized the President of Artsakh.
