Social Ministry Continues to Search for Housing for Artsakh Resident Lusine's Family with Seven Children
The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia has posted on its Facebook page, informing that the family of Lusine, an Artsakh resident living in a shanty with her seven children, is in constant contact with the Ministry.
“Lusine's family has settled in that shanty not through the mediation or knowledge of the Ministry. Immediately after learning about the family, the Ministry contacted them and offered assistance. One of the family members has mental health issues, which is why Lusine had to decline several housing options that were offered to her. Over the past 3-4 days, the Ministry has been making every effort to find more suitable housing conditions for the family. At the same time, we would like to inform you that both we and our colleagues from the Gegharkunik Regional Administration continue to search for housing for the family,” the statement from the Ministry said.
